career road map
animation director
cg supervisor
Leading and working closely with animation teams has always been the most rewarding part of my career. Seeing an idea evolve piece by piece into a finished sequence is something I never take for granted. The real challenge is balancing time, quality, and expectations while keeping both the client and the artists satisfied. Over the years, I’ve learned that successful projects come from supporting not just the work, but also the people creating it.

As a CG Supervisor, my primary focus has been building strong technical and artistic pipelines that support the project’s vision and schedule. This includes overseeing workflows, contributing to look development, and assisting production with budgeting decisions. Clear communication has always been key in building confidence within the team and trust with clients.
animation faculty
Animating shots, acting out performances, and receiving feedback from experienced supervisors was one of the most fulfilling phases of my career. While I no longer animate full-time, I still enjoy jumping in whenever possible and continue to practice the craft.
Teaching early in my career shaped my belief that sharing knowledge should never stop, regardless of role or title. Animation is always a collective effort, and what appears on screen is the result of collaboration, trust, and shared passion.
